Orders are shipped prepaid or net 30. Orders can be sent via e-mail, fax, given over the phone or in person at the showroom.
Prices And Stock
All prices of product designs presented are subject to change without notification. Please contact our office or your sales representative to verify prices or to check the stock.
Payment
We accept cash, debit card and major credit cards ( Master card Visa only ). Net 30 customers are requested to send in or fax in post dated cheques prior to shipment release.
Shipping Claims
If you have damaged goods or are missing any item/s on your shipment, please inform the driver and sign the waybill as “Goods Missing or Goods Received Damaged” with brief details. Please informs us about the damages from the freight company. We will not be responsible for damage in transit if the shipment is not shipped with our preferred carriers or arranged by the customer.
Freight claims must occur within 7 days of receipt of goods.
